Geoff Kendrick, Head of FX Research at Standard Chartered Bank, has reiterated a bold forecast for Bitcoin (BTC), predicting the leading cryptocurrency could surge to $150,000–$200,000 by the end of 2025.
In a note shared earlier this week, Kendrick highlighted Bitcoin’s growing appeal among institutional investors, the resilience of spot Bitcoin ETFs, and broader macro tailwinds as key drivers behind his bullish outlook.
“Bitcoin continues to consolidate gains in a mature fashion. Our structural view remains intact: we see BTC reaching between $150K and $200K by 2025, driven by ETF inflows and broader adoption,” Kendrick stated.
The forecast comes as Bitcoin stabilizes above $95,000, reinforcing sentiment that the current cycle still has room for significant upside.
While price volatility remains a factor, Standard Chartered’s reiteration adds another layer of confidence for investors looking toward Bitcoin’s long-term potential.
